With a long experience working for some of London’s top hotels, Dasos insists on only the best quality. This means only the freshest produce from suppliers and food that is prepared from scratch and cooked to perfection on the premises.
‘When we offer freshly prepared and freshly cooked food, it’s exactly that, and the furthest a dish travels is from the kitchen to the table,’ says Dasos.
The restaurant is proud to use only British beef, dry-aged for 28 days for great flavour and texture.
